Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support five busy oral surgery offices. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-person position (no remote work).

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude — culture fit is very important to us
• Ability to manage financials across multiple practice locations
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent proficiency with QuickBooks and other bookkeeping tools/resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily transaction posting and reconciliation
• Monthly banking reconciliation
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Payroll coordination
• Refund processing
• Understanding and supporting retirement benefit processes
• Financial reporting and month-end tasks
• Collaboration with leadership and office teams
