10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Dedicated CDL-A drivers for semi-local routes hauling metal roofing and siding on flatbed curtainside trailers. Drivers will operate from the Central States facility in Tooele, UT, servicing customer sites across UT, CO, CA, ID, WY, OR, MT, and AZ. This role offers frequent home time, predictable start windows, and competitive average earnings.

Job details

• Schedule: Monday–Saturday; typical start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Route type: Semi-local/regional runs originating from Tooele, UT
• Cargo/equipment: Metal roofing and siding; flatbed curtainside trailers (drop-and-hook and live unloads as required)
• Layovers: Average 2–3 layovers per week
• Seasonality: Peak workload during summer months; occasional holiday work based on customer demand
• Estimated earnings: Average approximately $87,000 per year (actual pay varies by route and performance)
• Onboarding: Paid online orientation; onsite management and dispatch support

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Load, secure, transport, and deliver metal roofing and siding using flatbed curtainside trailers
• Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and DVIRs
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD), trip records, and required paperwork
• Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delivery status
• Adhere to company safety procedures and participate in safety training and performance programs

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a safety-first orientation
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic trip documentation
• Experience or familiarity with flatbed/curtainside trailers and basic load securement preferred
