Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role, typically involving a 4-hour weekly or biweekly onsite shift.

• Assist in managing complex medical cases, expediting return to work, and functional restoration.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy teams to provide both non-surgical and surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
• Engage in case management, communicate with employers, and positively impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in hand surgery. Compensation is based on a revenue share model, and the role offers flexible scheduling to complement existing practices. Must carry medical malpractice insurance while on site.
