As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Production Manager to lead our Production/New Home Division. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Landscaping.
• Ability to manage 3-4 crews.
• Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and control project activities in the Production/New Home Division.
• Monitor daily schedules and job tracking.
• Regularly visit job sites to observe work organization, identify training issues, and ensure quality work.
• Manage labor teams and maintain company goal of less than 5% overtime.
• Track progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades in collaboration with the VP of Operations.
• Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Manage contemplated change notices and change orders.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members and ensure clear communication.

Compensation
