Position Overview

As we head into a new year of growth, we’re excited to welcome 2–3 Pediatric Occupational Therapists to our expanding team! We’re looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians who love working with children and are eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by experienced therapists.

You’ll work in a vibrant outpatient setting featuring:

• Multiple sensory-rich gyms
• An outdoor playground and garden
• An onsite warm-water therapy pool

This is a unique opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy in creative, engaging environments that children (and therapists!) love.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services for children with physical, cognitive, and social-emotional challenges
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and functional skills
• Use a variety of evidence-based and play-based interventions
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of OT, PT, and ST professionals
• Deliver therapy in both clinic-based and aquatic settings
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, clinical training, and professional development
• Partner with families through education and support to reinforce progress at home

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current (or eligible) Wisconsin OT license
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and receive mentorship
• Comfort working in both land-based and aquatic therapy environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
