Our client is looking Performance Engineer for Full-Time project Austin, TX (Onsite) below is the detailed requirements.

Location : Austin, TX (Onsite)

Duration : Full-Time

Job description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of Overall IT experience.
  • Must have Worked as onshore coordinator for managing the offshore deliverables as well in line with customer expectations.
  • Should have good knowledge on Domain, Application architecture
  • Must have experience to Facilitate and lead the NFT delivery activities
  • Should have experience in managing large teams and complex projects
  • Should be good in stakeholder management
  • Should have interacted with SMEs & Business to know PT/PE requirements
  • Must have the ability to drive Shift Left/Right testing approach
  • Must develop performance improvement plan, based on business objectives
  • Assess business challenges and risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Should be good in creating Test Scope / Strategy / Plan
  • Should be Working closely with development team, participating in design discussions and make sure performance guidelines are followed
  • Should help Clients to find which type of test, tools suits for the application requirements & demonstrate the capabilities of the tools and cost effectiveness
  • Should be Knowledge on Server Tuning & Optimization
  • Must Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability & scalability
  • Should have Knowledge on monitoring ( Client Side, Server Side, DB, Network and Load Balancer )
  • Should have analyzed & provided suggestions to dev/infra team on the issues noticed through APM tools Wily, App Dynamics, Dyntrace, Splunk, New Relic etc.,
  • Install, Configure, Maintain and administer the performance tools
  • Should have tested applications like .NET, JAVA, SAP Web, SAP GUI, MQ etc.,
  • Experience installing and administering multiple industry leading APM and DevOps tools
  • Ability to train internal or clients on DevOps practices
  • Good knowledge and understanding of DevOps, Cloud, Tool integrations (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins etc.,)
  • Should have demonstrated the performance reports to Clients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
