Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis . The RN will provide direct patient care, ensure the highest standards of clinical practice, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.
- Participate in shift reports, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
- Current BLS/CPR certification .
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
