Responsibilities

• Clean and care for a variety of rugs using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions
• Inspect rugs for stains, damage, and cleaning requirements before and after processing
• Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting rugs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent service and represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet or rug cleaning is a plus, but not required—training is provided
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle rugs as needed
