Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our remote team. You will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions across the organization.

This is a fully remote position based in New York. You'll work closely with leadership on high-visibility projects that directly impact company strategy and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of financial analysis experience and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
• Analyze business performance metrics and identify key trends
• Partner with department heads on budgeting and forecasting
• Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
• Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
• Lead variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Present financial insights to C-suite stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• MBA is a plus
