Harford manufacturing company looking forWelders!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Precision welding ofheat transfer equipment including feedwater heaters, unfired heat exchangers, main steam condensers, and other miscellaneous equipment.
- Welding in confined space. Completing Tig, FluxCore and Sub-Arch welding, as well as G-6 & GM codes.
- Read blueprints and schematics and work under tolerances.
- Metal fabrication, grinding, and rework.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must possess extensive skills in Flux core, TIG, and MIG.Multi-pass TIG/Flux core experience a must. Must be able to weld G-6 & knowledge of GM codes.
- Must pass a ASME Section IX 6G pipe weld test:6G open table, TIG root with MIG fill/cap, on heavy pipe.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be able to weld in confined spaces.
- Must have own leathers, helmet and hand tools.
Job Specifications:
- Pay Range: $23-28+ depending on skill level
- Shift(s): 1st shift, with OT possibilities
- Hours: Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm
