Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, is currently seeking a Chaplain for our Spiritual Care team. The successful candidate possesses, or is working towards, an ecclesiastical endorsement, and a Masters of Divinity degree. Our chaplain visits patients where they reside, which includes private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities where they exhibit an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence.
Hospice chaplains utilize their end-of-life knowledge and skills to provide care to patients and their families. Regular bereavement support, daily interdisciplinary communication, and weekly sharing of positives and recognition are just a few examples of how our team supports one another. We are a rapidly growing hospice program dedicated to providing only the highest quality of end-of-life care.
