Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Data Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing data within the Workday platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday systems, data analysis, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data within the Workday platform to support business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the Workday system.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support for Workday system upgrades, testing, and implementation.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices related to Workday data management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workday Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Workday systems and data management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
